1. 1. Bank Cherub and Money Order are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 5 days for any Company Cherub and 11 days for Personal Cherub due to current banking methods.
2. 2. When pay by direct bank deposit, make sure you make a reference of the Order Number with your deposit. Please also send us e-mail after your bank deposit with your Order Number and the amount you deposited. It will help us to speed up shipment of your orders.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
